About Us

As Headteacher at Elizabeth Woodville Primary School, I am pleased to welcome you to the school.

At Elizabeth Woodville we have a strong focus on personal development and wellbeing, enabling pupils to enjoy the many opportunities we offer in a caring environment. Our pupils are kind, helpful and highly supportive of each other; they enjoy the opportunity to get involved in the running of the school and in shaping their own learning. Highly committed staff, governors and parents work together to ensure our pupils ‘strive for excellence’ to achieve the best possible learning outcomes.

The success of our approach is evident through the high academic results we achieve each year. However, this is only one aspect of our school. Of more importance to all staff is the way in which we captivate and engage pupils to deliver exciting and purposeful learning opportunities.

We pride ourselves on our ability to bring ‘learning to life’ through our skills curriculum, which is inspiring and based on real-life experience. All activities are designed to be both challenging and aspirational to ensure that pupils fulfill their potential and enjoy their learning.
